Additional things to know about working with me…
​I often work late in the day, so you’re likely to receive emails and other communications from me past “regular” business hours. That doesn’t mean you need to respond then and there if you’re already done with your day. If it’s urgent, I’ll let you know in the subject line. If not, I’ll give you a sense of how soon I’ll need to hear from you. Please do the same when communicating with me. This consideration results in keeping the ball rolling and clear mutual expectations.

I’m going to ask for feedback from you - frequently. It’s not that I’m needy and crave approval; rather, it’s to make sure the effort I’m putting forth on your behalf is being spent toward results you’ll be happy with.

Please don’t wonder or worry - ask! Our partnership should never create stress; so if you have a concern or question or are feeling confused, don’t waste a second thinking you’ll be bothering me if you ask me to clarify and satisfy your mind. I mean for our working relationship to foster ease - so if you’re not feeling it, please let me know so I can help. (I will likewise reach out to you with any issues so I can work without unnecessary strife as well.) I want my level and style of service to suit your needs and be as customized as is practical. Need more - or less - from me? We can make adjustments to our workflow at any time.
Speaking of workflow, I’m committed to it! Depending upon the needs of the project, I’ll choose the most effective means to facilitate communication, such as back and forth emails or a project management program to keep details straight? (If project management is deemed appropriate, I’ll set it up at no additional cost.) My only preference is for the way with which you’re most comfortable.
